East Shore Transportation Society Covid-19 Management Measures – subject to review without notice

– Enhanced cleaning and sanitization of bus
o Daily cleaning of high touch areas
o Weekly sanitization of bus
– Communication to staff and passengers to encourage behaviours that contribute to the safety of themselves, our operators and fellow passengers (both on board the bus and through channels that include website and social media)
– Capacity management
o reduced passenger capacity of (5) on bus
– The use of masks is mandatory unless:
o Passenger has an underlying medical condition or disability which inhibits the ability to wear a mask or face covering
o Persons unable to place or remove a mask or face covering without assistance
o Children under 5 years of age
– Plastic curtain barrier around driver seat

– A sign will be posted on front door and used for social media and communication with riders:
o Please wear a mask – if you are unable to do so, please discuss with Administrator upon booking your trip and not with the driver
o Sanitize your hands upon entering the bus
o Maintain social distance while waiting for the bus
o Occupancy limit – 5
o One person per seat unless you are members of the same household
o No change will be given
o Do not board if you are feeling ill or have been out of the country
o Passengers to enter bus 2 meters apart, one at a time

East Shore Transportation Society Covid-19 Management Procedures – subject to review without notice

– Passengers load from back to front and unload from front to back
– Hand sanitizer station at the bus entrance, before passengers enter the bus. Bus driver will provide the station.
– Surface disinfectant – hydrogen peroxide mix (oxyvir or Avmor EP50) to be used on:
o Handrails
o Seat backs and rails, seat belts
o Steering wheel/driving controls
o High touch areas
o Workers/Drivers
– Staff are not to come to work if they have a fever or cough, or if they have been exposed or may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19
